Privacy Policy

How Atrasorb collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Data controller

Atrasorb Indústria e Comércio Ltda., located at Av. Piracicaba, 351 — V. Nova São Roque, São Roque/SP, 18131-230, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to answer commercial and technical enquiries:

  • Data you provide in the contact form: name, company, email, segment of interest and the message content.
  • Technical data collected automatically on submission: IP address, browser identification (user agent) and site language, used for security and spam prevention.
  • Aggregated browsing data, when you consent to audience measurement cookies.

3. How we use the data

  • Answer your request for a quote, samples or technical support.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and keep the relationship history.
  • Keep the website secure and prevent abuse of our forms.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to our activity.

4. Legal basis (LGPD, art. 7)

  • Consent, for submitting the contact form and for non-essential cookies.
  • Pre-contractual steps and contract performance, when the enquiry evolves into a proposal or supply.
  • Legitimate interest, for information security and fraud prevention, strictly limited to what is necessary.
  • Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, where applicable.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share data only with processors providing infrastructure services under contract and Atrasorb's instructions:

  • Website hosting and database provider, to store received messages.
  • Transactional email provider, to forward the message to our commercial team.
  • Public authorities, only upon a lawful request.

6. International transfers

Part of our hosting and email infrastructure may be located outside Brazil. In those cases, transfers rely on contractual clauses and security safeguards consistent with art. 33 of the LGPD.

7. Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and maintain the commercial record, up to 5 years, unless a longer legal period applies or you request earlier deletion.

8. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the website working and cannot be disabled. Audience measurement cookies are only enabled after you consent in the notice shown on your first visit; your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time by clearing site data.

9. Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:

  • Confirmation that processing exists and access to your data.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data.
  • Portability, withdrawal of consent and information about sharing.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

10. How to exercise your rights

Send a request to atrasorb@atrasorb.com.br with the subject “LGPD”. We respond within 15 days and may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

11. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised staff and databases closed to public access. No data submitted through the form is publicly available.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
